Dampak Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Teknologi Video Konferensi terhadap Pola Komunikasi Pembelajaran

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan video konferensi dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh di Indonesia pasca pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur naratif terhadap 30 artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional terbitan tahun 2020–2025. Analisis dilakukan dengan sintesis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor Penggunaan teknologi, pola pemanfaatan, serta hambatan dan strategi optimalisasi penggunaan video konferensi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam membentuk Penggunaan video konferensi, sementara kemudahan penggunaan berperan tidak langsung melalui sikap pengguna. Pemanfaatan video konferensi masih didominasi metode ceramah satu arah dengan penggunaan fitur interaktif yang terbatas. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan akses internet, kompetensi pedagogik digital, serta fenomena zoom fatigue. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi pembelajaran berbasis video konferensi konferensi memerlukan dukungan infrastruktur, peningkatan kapasitas pengajar, serta desain pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan proporsional.
